Industry and context

Care booking · WeChat mini programs and a web console

Customer problem

Families need visibility into bookings, care and bills. Institutions need to connect confirmation, dispatch, field work and finance while limiting each role to authorized information.

Solution

Laravel APIs connect WeChat mini programs and a React console. Role-based access, care records, real-time communication and financial workflows share a service-order context, shown through a dynamic cross-platform demo.

Results and highlights

A traceable path from booking through care records to settlement. The case highlights coordination, state validation and visibility across roles.

A care booking and coordination platform for Yinglujia. WeChat mini programs support mobile participation and a web console supports institutional operations: families submit requests, coordinators confirm bookings and assign caregivers, caregivers carry out tasks, families follow care progress, and finance handles settlement.

Families select a hospital or region, a care recipient, a service level and a time. Coordinators confirm bookings and assign a specific caregiver. Multiple recipients are supported, with orders, care records and bills kept in the relevant recipient's context.

The technical focus is coordination across roles and server-side state validation. Families access their own and linked recipients' information, caregivers work on assigned tasks, and staff operate within authorized hospitals or regions. Booking confirmation, assignment and service transitions are checked by the server; available actions follow the current state.

Care checklists, notes, manually reported alerts, attendance, order messages and satisfaction surveys share an order context. Day-based records and a service timeline make progress visible and auditable. Real-time messages and notifications connect participants, with WeChat subscription messages supplementing offline reminders.

The financial workflow connects prepayments, transaction records, staged settlement, balance refunds and invoices. Long-running services can be settled for non-overlapping periods using the relevant service owner's billing rules.

The demo uses chapter cards, camera movement and click highlights to connect the mini program with the management console. These are presentation effects in the demo; the platform's technical strengths are workflow coordination, state synchronization, access isolation and traceability.
